Position Summary:<\/strong>
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Spine Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of surgical products within an assigned territory, with a primary focus on orthopedic and neuro spine surgeons. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting product awareness, and achieving sales targets.\n <\/p>\n

• Solicit orders, sell surgical products, and represent the company in the assigned territory in alignment with company policies and guidelines.<\/li>\n
• Stay informed about local competitive conditions and provide timely feedback to the manager.<\/li>\n
• Achieve sales objectives and market development goals within the designated sales territory.<\/li>\n
• Assist in sales calls to both existing customers and prospects, with a specific emphasis on orthopedic and neuro spine surgeons.<\/li>\n
• Generate new sales opportunities, develop leads, recruit new surgeons, and qualify prospects through targeted sales efforts.<\/li>\n
• Develop and demonstrate clinical expertise in spinal anatomy, imaging modalities, and proficiency in our company’s spine products.<\/li>\n
• Meet or exceed sales targets for each product category and in key target accounts, striving to achieve or surpass territory market share objectives.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and provide surgical case coverage, aiming to deliver optimal value to surgeons, patients, and healthcare facilities.<\/li>\n
• Establish and nurture strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n
• Act as the primary backup contact for Sales Representatives when necessary.<\/li>\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spine products, competitive offerings, and market trends through ongoing education and training programs.<\/li>\n
• Deliver high-quality on-call service to existing customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.<\/li>\n
• Manage consignment and loaner inventory effectively, catering to the surgical requirements of the territory and region.<\/li>\n
• Oversee and maintain a sample inventory of products, ensuring availability as needed.<\/li>\n
• Assist in collecting Purchase Orders and managing customer invoicing processes.<\/li>\n
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policies, promptly notifying the Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders of any escalated issues.<\/li>\n
• Support in the preparation and execution of conventions and clinical meetings as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the medical device industry.<\/li>\n
  • Thorough understanding of spinal anatomy and surgical procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals.<\/li>\n
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
